Jin Kim

Founder & Head Pie Maker

Originally from Korea, Jin made a brief stop in Australia before moving to the US when she was 9. She fell in love with the Aussie meat pie after falling in love with her Australian husband in 2021. She is on a mission to bring Aussie Tucker to him and to the rest of the USA.

The Beginning

Jin met and fell in love with her Australian husband, who introduced her to the world of authentic Aussie meat pies.
January 2025
How Do I Make These?

After many attempts at recreating the perfect meat pie in the USA, Jin travelled to Australia to learn from pie-fessionals in Far North Queensland.
Mid 2025
Dialing in the Recipes

Jin came back to Minnesota and spent months refining her Aussie recipes, and taste testing them with friends and family.
October 2025
Two Kangaroo 'Hops' into Action

The first Two Kangaroo tucker is served in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
January 2026
TV Debut

Jin teaches the hosts of Fox9 Good Day to make Aussie meat pies live on air.
March 2026
Pies and Basketball

Jin was featured as a guest chef at a Timberwolves game. Wolves win. Probably just a coincidence; however, the pies were damn good.
